Unprofessional I chose to return to the dealer for the pleasant and satisfactory experience I had when I first made the oil change service to my encore 2018, but wha I chose to return to the dealer for the pleasant and satisfactory experience I had when I first made the oil change service to my encore 2018, but what happened to me on Friday 09, since I had to communicate with an employee who was keeping me coughing up and the attitude that I use towards my person, was the worst experience in a customer service employee that can be lived.. At the end of the day since they never informed me that the detail clean service lasted a minimum of 4 hours , I got that my car was NOT CLEAN TO THE LEVEL THAT I HAD PAID.. dirty glass, unclean seats spots and removed the rear cover , a plastic cover on the back side, a plastic cover pice where the passenger door is shown and a cover that goes on the speed change handle. So I had to come back on saturday and when I asked for Richard supervisor.. Mr. Rolando saw my car and called Mr. Fernando and his without even said hello took the car, I returned 4 hours after as Mr.. Rolando said it and although something better NOT GREAT AT SUPPOSE TO BUT TWO PIECES STILL MISSING and the employee who is in the entrance told me that my car was taken 30 mons after I arrived a d no employee called me or anything... what a shame that this dealer works like this because my experience buying my car with Mr.. Garcia was excellent and I have recommended it to my friends and colleagues . More

Service that would make a gearhead happy Had a laundry list of items to be fixed on my new to me Escalade. Mickey Barrios ran through that list and got me back my car in just 4 days. Terrible experience Worst experience, they replaced the CUE and removed my navigation. The car had navigation now it's gone. The manager just said that the car didn't come with navigation even though it did and only offered to put the old CUE back. The sunroof was flush with the roof of the car when I dropped it off now the back is uneven and there's a small dent on the roof. They damaged the inside leather panel on the passenger side. It was next to impossible to get a call back or reply to my emails. They had my car for over a week. More
