Service for truck making noise I arrived for 11 am appt. I was helped immediately by Skip. Skip is GREAT !! VERY professional, attentive, polite and willing to answer any question. I arrived for 11 am appt. I was helped immediately by Skip. Skip is GREAT !! VERY professional, attentive, polite and willing to answer any question. Explained the process, set me up with a rental due to possible length of time to repair. I was in and out under 30 minutes. Truck was ready later that night. I picked up the next day. Skip was there once again to greet me. Went over the service. I had zero questions when I left. The team at GMC Cadillac is great. From the valet to the mechanics.
