Jeff, thank you for your reply. I was surprised by what happened to me given all the positive reviews. I had to end up taking my car to another dealer to repair my sunroof and now having to call Cadillac to get my navigation back. I was blown away that even after I sent my service agent an email asking that they don't accidentally remove navigation once they replace my CUE, no one called to let me know there was a problem. My frustration was the lack of communication and the lack of detail. After looking at the car in the sunlight I also noticed a small dent on the roof right behind the sunroof that wasn't there before and scratches to one of the leather panels behind the passenger side. Add to this that my car was there for over a week and I still had to take it to another dealer to get the sunroof fix that should have been fixed when it was at your dealer. I hope you understand why I was not happy with the service provided.
