Terrible experience Worst experience, they replaced the CUE and removed my navigation. The car had navigation now it's gone. The manager just said that the car didn't come with navigation even though it did and only offered to put the old CUE back. The sunroof was flush with the roof of the car when I dropped it off now the back is uneven and there's a small dent on the roof. They damaged the inside leather panel on the passenger side. It was next to impossible to get a call back or reply to my emails. They had my car for over a week. More

There was some question as to wether the electronic ride control system was covered under the GM warranty. Here is where the problem began. Unfortunately my service advisor who is great was out injured so when I called him and left a message no one ever returned my calls. After 11 days! I called and requested to speak to someone else, if I had just kept calling, I’d still be without a car. More

I parked the car and was instructed to go to customer service. I found that funny because I hadn’t seen a customer service sign or banner. I entered and quickly remembered that I truly dislike this part. The gentlemen (no women) behind the desks were all busy. There’s no direction or guidance (signage or arrow) as to where to go or who you can talk to. You simply wait to be acknowledged by the next available person. Last time I was skipped by someone who came in after me. 😞. Not this time though. Eventually I was greeted and received great service. I saw another women come in after me, who shared a similar look of confusion. This part could have been better. I don’t remember the lovely gentleman that helped me. More
