In addition to being very knowledgeable, he was very friendly and easy to work with. We decided to purchase. At this dealership, even the "dealing" portion of the transaction was very friendly and low-key. We did not walk away -- as we usually do -- with a bad feeling about the experience. Visited first time on a very rainy Sunday. Dealership wss not officially open that day, but there were a couple salespeople and a sales and marketing director there that day. He nicely walked me to the cars with an umbrella and gave fantastic service. When I returned a couple weeks later to test drive and look at other cars, the salesperson did a fantastic job of showing me all the features on the car. They were very knowledgeable, gave great customer service, were very respectful of my needs and timing. I especially appreciated that the dealership was proactive, but not pushy. Great Job! More

He made sure we understood everything and we were satisfied with the deal. He also took the time to ensure that we had all the information we needed to feel comfortable with the process. "Closer" is generally a negative term but in this case, as Closer, Tom Pauley, the financial person was great to deal with. He is knowledgeable but also personable and funny and that helps when you are going through the last steps and signing documents. I will continue to recommend Subaru and Folger to friends and relatives and look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from them. More

I took my Subaru in to be serviced as part of it's extended warranty which was issued for the fuel line.
