Hi Jason, thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. We are disappointed to hear about your dissatisfaction. We reserved your vehicle from another retailer and explained it would be a few weeks before it was ready from the factory, was delivered, and then transferred to our location. Unfortunately, the trading retailer sold the reserved vehicle mistakenly and it became double sold. As soon as we discovered this we let you know and offered to find an alternative option. During our initial conversation we learned that color was not a preference and time was of the essence. So we quickly found a comparable vehicle, in a different color and offered that as an option to have in 2 days time. We were unaware that this was not satisfactory when you agreed to this option. We were trying to do our best to get you a vehicle as quickly as possible due to the error of another retailer. We understand a new vehicle is a big, important purchase and hope you do enjoy your new Subaru moving forward.
