I have now bought three cars from Williams and have had them serviced there as well. Both my purchase and my maintenance experiences have been 100% great. The salesmen and service personnel were friendly them serviced there as well. Both my purchase and my maintenance experiences have been 100% great. The salesmen and service personnel were friendly, polite and always want to make sure that I receive excellent service. Their concierge service during COVID was a God send and kept me from having to sit in the waiting room while the car was being serviced. And the Encore follow up “lesson” for my 2023 Outback XT Limited was amazing. I have northing but positive things to say about Williams Subaru! More
They sold the car I paid to have reserved then they told me it would take more time to find another car. The car they found was even another color so basically they chose the vehicle for me. The part that was more aggravating was that no compensation was even offered. I an highly disappointed on how this dealership managed this situation with the purchase of a new vehicle. Management seems to not really care to go the extra mile for their customers and just care about meeting their monthly quotes. More

Shady Shady Shady. Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought a used car here and 8 months later, no tag. The used car manager keeps blaming other people for the delay instead of actually doing something. They put a dealer plate on my car and said I'm on an extended test drive (no end date) telling me it was legal to do so. Guess what? DMV says it's not legal at all. I really wish I could go back to May when I was debating whether to buy there or not and tell past me to run as fast as I could. All they have done during this past 8 months is jerk me around. On a positive note, I'm learning a lot. Filed my first ever complaint with the Better Business Bureau and filed my first ever license/theft bureau investigation with the DMV. I know they don't care about the first, but the second might matter to them. Especially the statutes and penalties associated with improper use of a dealer tag. More

I drove from Northern Virginia to Charlotte NC to purchase a 2017 Legacy from Williams Subaru and when the salesman Jeremy Deakins and I took it on a test drive I noticed a vibration at 50mph, I adv purchase a 2017 Legacy from Williams Subaru and when the salesman Jeremy Deakins and I took it on a test drive I noticed a vibration at 50mph, I advised Jeremy and he told me that it was probably flat spots in the tires and they should go away in about 1000 miles. After I purchased the car I took a 1500 mile road trip and the flat spots were still there. I then contacted Jeremy that the flat spots were still there and I informed him also that my local Subaru dealership in Virginia confirmed it. I was told to drive back to Charlotte (6hour drive) to have the service department look at it. I suggested that I have the tires replaced at my local Subaru dealership and they work out the cost at which they refused. I contacted Subaru Cooperate (THANKS Cooperate) for assistance and they covered the cost of the replacement tires. Jeremy was Great..... More
