Always Helpful This is, by far, the best car buying experience and I recomend Brad at Williams Group Auto to all my friends. He's made great deals for me and my wife This is, by far, the best car buying experience and I recomend Brad at Williams Group Auto to all my friends. He's made great deals for me and my wife, my mother, and also my neice. I'd definately buy here again because they have allot of great cars and trucks to choose from, Brad spends the time to help you in every way to lower the price of the car, get the best financing, and make sure your happy after the purchase. He gives cash to us for sending him business and we like that too. He's helped us make 2 car payments with cash we got on referrals and I know he appreciates his customers. He straight up when its about discussing payments and business, he works hard to find what we like and can afford. It took him a couple of weeks to finally get the deal with the right car but he actually called us back when they got what we wanted and even made suggestions on options with other cars he had while we were looking. I've never been an easy sale and I never intend on being easy to deal with when my moneys involved. Brad took the time to make our deal work for us and did exactly for us what we wanted even though we didn't buy on our first time to see him. He's been a friend to our family and he's the guy I would send all my family and friends too. Williams Group Abilene, TX. Thank You. More
Take a man! I contacted Williams Group Auto about possibly purchasing a car. I expressed the fact that I travelled for work everyday and had two young children. I contacted Williams Group Auto about possibly purchasing a car. I expressed the fact that I travelled for work everyday and had two young children. I needed something that would be reliable, low mileage, and that had Bluetooth capabilities. He provided a car with low mileage and assured me it had “All the bells and whistles. Fully loaded.” I would soon find out this wasn’t the case at all. I went in to the dealership just myself and my young son. That was naïve on my part. I should have taken a man. I picked the car up from the dealer after it had been detailed. It reeked of cigarettes and every piece of glass was riddled with streaks. Small discrepancy and due to some unfortunate circumstances I was in a hurry. Not a big deal. I was almost home and the air bag light came on. I have now had the car about a month and the light will not/ has not turned off. Four days after having the car I had a blowout with my children in the backseat. I took it to a tire shop in Abilene and they let me know I should not have even driven it off the lot with as much tread as they were lacking. Lastly, the touch screen in my car does not work. It has not worked since it was purchased by the dealership from wherever they got it. That was clear. I was under the impression you had to have the entune app downloaded before it would work. Now I know that isn’t the case. I cannot connect my phone to blue tooth, change any presets, or change anything for that matter. I’m literally stuck on what the previous owner had it set on. Again, dumb on my part and I own that. I contacted the man who sold me the car just a couple days after all of this had happened and it took an act of congress to even get a reply from him. When he finally responded about the tires he was a bit smug about it. Not a direct quote from him but he replied with something along the lines of, “Well Lyndsey if I was selling you tires I would have told you, you need all new tires as well.” My first thought was, “Well you sold me a car that hardly lives up to what you described so I guess that makes sense.” He also told me it wouldn’t have passed inspection if the tires were as bald as I was told. Well I’m sure the shop that all the cars from this dealership go to isn’t going to fail a car over tires and risk losing that business. Maybe I am wrong there but I don’t think so. I paid out of pocket $600 for new tires after having the car less than a week. He never acknowledged the SRS airbag light. He brushed that under the rug all together. My main concern was the radio screen. I e-mailed and e-mailed about it. It would take me e-mailing him twice before I would get a response from him. Numerous times per e-mail I let him know the screen hadn’t worked from the time I picked the car up. The touch capabilities did not work at all. I also told him whoever purchased the car for the dealership knew it didn’t work as well but still it got sold to me under the notion the car was in proper working condition and all the bells whistles were good to go. I realize that it falls on me because I was naïve and took his word at face value. What upsets me is that this wasn’t something I contacted him about months after having the car. It was less than a week later. Someone there knew it didn’t work but let me purchase the car anyway, dishonesty at its finest. After my numerous e-mail attempts hoping something might get done about it I ended up with an e-mail from the salesman telling me the dealership where I would have to get it fixed would charge me a ton, he sent me an Amazon link where I could buy a replacement and fix it myself, as well as a few YouTube videos to troubleshoot it. I got nowhere and still have a radio that I can barely use. Needless to say I feel taken advantage of. I’m fully aware I didn’t have to purchase the car and so on. This is more of a cautionary tale. My experience with Williams Group Auto started fairly pleasant and ended badly. More
So helpful! Love my new car! As a young mom and college student, I needed a reliable car. As soon as I pulled in the lot, I was greeted by Brad (the dealer). He showed me the car As a young mom and college student, I needed a reliable car. As soon as I pulled in the lot, I was greeted by Brad (the dealer). He showed me the car I had found on their website, and I was sold! He was totally honest and fought to get us the best deal possible so we could leave with that car! Everyone there was so nice and even played with my 5 month old son while we did business! A couple days later, my "Check engine light" came on, and he did everything to fix it! He also replaced the windshield due to a small Crack on the passengers side! I will definitely be back for any future vehicle, and I definitely recommend to anyone in the Abilene, TX area (or ANYWHERE for that matter), if you need a car, go see Brad!!! :) Love my 2005 Chevy Cobalt LT More
