I recently purchased tires at a better price than was available from the "tires-only" shops. Williams didn't attempt to force me into an alternative tire, and had the tires ready to install when promise available from the "tires-only" shops. With the new tires they installed new valve stems at no extra charge, and the tire mounting was properly performed - no driving problems. I have to note that, when I wandered the sales floor while waiting for the tire mounting, there were no sales people available to discuss cars, prices, or availability. This was true in the Honda side and the Chevy side. Shortly thereafter, I noticed some underbody noises on bumps. The Williams tech properly diagnosed the problem, showed it to me at my request, and corrected it at a fair cost. More
I inquired about a vehicle online due to the fact I live an hour and a half from your dealership. Laurie Irish contacted me about said vehicle. I made appointment to come visit your dealership last Friday after work. Upon arrival I was directed to Laurie's office. Where I had to sit and wait while she finished up doing personal business on her computer because she was going out of town for the weekend. Upon completion of her personal business we walked thru your lot looking at vehicles. Nobody could find keys to vehicle I came to look at. After the keys were located so I could test drive the car. She told me to meet her out front when I came back. I returned after test drive and waited for Laurie nearly 20 minutes. She was no where to be found. While waiting I continued to look the vehicle over and found body damage on the passenger rear quarter. This was not disclosed to me before I made the trip. Laurie was not to be found to discuss the pricing including the repairs so I left. I called your dealership on Saturday to talk to a Sales Manager. I was informed the Sales manager was there and the call eventually sent me to his voice mail. I left a message and at this time I have not heard from anyone. More
From the time I phoned for an appointment for the oil change to the time I paid my bill, I was treated with the utmost courtesy. We stopped in to test drive a car as we were also looking at a Ford and wanted to compare them, By the time we walked out we had signed the papers to buy the Chevy Cruze. Everyone at Williams in Traverse City are very friendly and excited to work with you the customer. I think they truely take pride in trying to get you in and out as fast as possible so you can go out and e and excited to work with you the customer. Everyone was great. I was looking for a used car for my daughter. We had visited the dealership a little over a week prior to this visit but didn't find a car that was within my price range. I went to the website and foun visited the dealership a little over a week prior to this visit but didn't find a car that was within my price range. I went to the website and found 3 cars I liked but there wasn't a price listed for any of them so I called for the prices. Jon happened to be the one who answered my call. He assured me he would find the information and call me back, which he did. We made an appointment to meet with Jon that same evening. By the time we arrived, Jon had checked out the cars I had called about and determined there was only one of them that met my requirements, which saved us time. I made an offer and Jon delivered it to Mike Hess. Mike approved the offer, Jon had the paperwork typed up and we were driving the car home in less than 2 hours time. Courteous, expedient, intuitive, friendly, accomodating, professional and just plain nice guys. Car shopping has never been one of my favorite things to do but these guys made it a very pleasurable experience. More
