a second visit and purchase. Almost 2 weeks after purchasing a vehicle for my son, my wife decided it was time for her to trade in and upgrade as well. We contacted our previous salesman Frank, and made him aware we would be coming in again. We did some online preshopping before venturing in, and had an idea what we were looking for. It was obvious that a generation X couple with a decent vehicle must have had more buying power than just myself and two teens from the previous visit, as we were approached by three different salespeople in the span of 5 minutes. They were polite when we immediately made them aware we were working with someone. We found the "right" one and my wife and I took it for a test drive with Frank. It was to her liking so the financing process once again started, upon approval I took one last look, before signing and found several items that I didn't initially catch and looked for a suitable replacement. The finance officer(Jeff) and Frank were accommodating with my concerns, and I actually found the same model a year newer and less miles for about the same price and after the test drive, my wife was even happier. That is 2 vehicles in 2 weeks and no regrets from our expeiences. We have recommended Frank to a couple more friends that are in the market and we are happy with our big dealership shopping experience. More

We were informed the vehicle we were seeking had a blown head gasket and hadn't been removed from the website. We were directed to Frank to help us find something else suitable. After two trys, Frank pulled up in a vehicle that made my boy smile like Christmas morning. We took it for a test drive and it ran like a dream. I checked EVERYTHING I could as to have low mileage and no issues was too good to be true from a dealership. I could find no flaws. The finance team got to work and found us a great rate that we were happy with and my boy now has a great vehicle. Frank and the finance team earned my business as I follow the old you buy from people you like adage, and those that ignored us lost out on a sale.. We also just came back today for the wife and her new vehicle, but that's another review. More
