My Cutlass Cruiser SW with a 2.8L V6 suddenly started to run on 5 cylinders. I called Williams to get advice on about how much I should drive it. The service desk person politely said that the gas might run on 5 cylinders. I called Williams to get advice on about how much I should drive it. The service desk person politely said that the gas might become polluted if I drove it very much if I remember correctly. And the engine might be damaged if I drove it a lot...? I was impressed with the honesty of this person and the fact that the advice agreed with what the service department at the Olds dealer had said. More

I was impressed with all the dark brown and grey matter coming of my coolant flush. I then had an engine oil flush and was happy with the results. I had a great car buying experience recently at Williams. This was my second car I bought there in the last 6 months. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and I never felt pressured to buy.
