They Ruined my engine! went in for an oil change and it blew off less than 1500 miles later and my engine seized up. Never let us speak to manager after many many attempts over the phone and a visit into the dealership. I don't even know his name, they'd never give me his number or a business card. I got a hold of a lawyer and they told me that I was "dealing with the worst evil in Traverse City." A guy I work with had similar experience at their quick oil place where they didn't even fill his car with oil after the oil change and his engine seized up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. What a terrible business. More

My family was vacationing in Traverse City. We decided to take a look at the cars on the Williams Chevy lot while the dealership was closed and decided to trade in our Suburban for a new one if we could g to take a look at the cars on the Williams Chevy lot while the dealership was closed and decided to trade in our Suburban for a new one if we could get the right price. We went back in the next morning and had the best car buying experience I've ever had. The people I dealt with were not only friendly (genuinely, not "car sales friendly"), they were completely up front with me. They also knew how to deal with getting the new car registered in my home state on the east coast, and made that process easy. If you need a Chevy and are in the Traverse City area, I couldn't recommend Williams Chevy more highly. More

The service on my vehicle was a fairly simple job. I was greeted by name when I dropped the truck off and it was ready when promised, that was nice. First time owning a Honda. Second oil change (10,000 mile mark). First of all not too excited that at 10,000 miles my visit would cost $142.00 Not too fond of synthetic oil changes ($66.38)and having to mile mark). Cannot comment on the quality of work...oil change/differential fluid change? Will comment once I drive vehicle long enough to know they did their job right. I am thankful Pat McWilliams stopped by to chat and in doing so we discovered no need for tire rotation. Thank you Pat! (would hav been another $25.00). John and Pat were both very kind and professional :) I am going to reserve my opinion of my Honda purchase until I drive it longer. Not too impressed with the gas mileage (22 mph)and the maintenance costs. Maybe should have looked around more and learned more about the newer vehicle maintenance before making a purchase. Forgot one other item. Had a 9:00am appointment. Went in waiting area. Coffee pot empty. Had to ask for some to be made. 45 minutes later it came...just in time for me to leave. I contacted Eric Goslin Wednesday May 9 to notify them that I could not take a trade to thei The vehicle was advertised at $18070.00 with a trade-in. I contacted Eric Goslin Wednesday May 9 to notify them that I could not take a trade to their dealership since I lived in Texas. He spoke with management and quoted me $18570.00 as a final price. The vehicle information is "3.6L V6, automatic, 80k miles, Carbon Black Metallic, stock # K33807, pre-owned... Price $18,070". Mr. Goslin was kind enough to look for a shipper. He quoted the shipping at $1200.00. I notified him that i was doing a comparison of flights, gas, and other expenses. In addition, my wife and i were going to request vacation days. A manager "lyle" contacted me Friday May 11, 2012. to verify if i was still interested which i acknoledged i was. I asked for a price quote for tires and if they could reduce the costs of shipping to Texas. He acknowledged that he would look into it and let me know that someone would contact me that same day. No one contacted me that day. My wife and I have been actively looking at shipping the vehicle or flying to the dealership depending on the best option. We asked for and have been approved for vacation days and have been looking for flights to Michigan. At first the mentioned that it was a misprint and then they mentioned they had new approaches to sales and they were no longer honoring the price. More
