I do 100% of my service here and have for 5 years. They find what needs repair and let me decide. Parts are factory warranty (not cheap knockoffs), Svc Techs are skilled (so they aren't "learning" on my ca find what needs repair and let me decide. I routinely run trucks with 150,000 to 220,000+ miles on them (built by our neighbors in Shreveport, USA) and need it fixed right the first time. If not, they stand behind it. Last visit, I returned for a repeated airbag malfunction light repair. Communications Rep Sylvia, Mgr Ross, Svc Mgr Tyler, Svc Advisor Drew and Svc Tech John fixed it better-than-new, and as a reward for my loyalty, done at no charge, even though past warranty.
