Amazing Customer Service! This is the 2nd vehicle that my husband and I have bought from Williams and the second time around we had the BEST sales"woman". Chrissie went above a This is the 2nd vehicle that my husband and I have bought from Williams and the second time around we had the BEST sales"woman". Chrissie went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make sure that we saw everything that had what we were asking for and then some! Not once did it ever feel like I was dealing with a regular sales person. She made sure to even wash the car before we got there just so it was clean and ready to go. She was amazing with the family as well. It took us a bit to decide on which car and we test drove a lot but she never complained and was always so upbeat and energetic that it was easy to enjoy car shopping this time around. The finance team was awesome as well and Cam went above and beyond to make whatever we wanted to have happen, happen! Upgraded to newer truck We decided to upgrade my husband's truck to a newer one and stopped in to see what they had and how much we could get on a trade-in. thank you my husband of 53 years had passed suddenly. all i know about cars are how to fill with gas and turn the engine on. on the way back from his service a my husband of 53 years had passed suddenly. all i know about cars are how to fill with gas and turn the engine on. on the way back from his service and this yellow light came on. i was on the complete opposite side of town. i called the Honda dealer in a panic and immediately reached josh McCoy. he immediately could tell that i was in a panic he told me not to worry he was going to help me through it.he sent a van from the dealer to pick me up and help arrange for my car to be towed. they looked at it right away ordered parts and had it repaired next day. once again the driver came out and picked me up and took me back to my car. josh went over every thing very patiently and even pulled up pictures of what went wrong of my car. he honestly was concerned that i understood everything. i am now a Williams customer for live. More
