Definitely a five star experience. I was aware that about a year ago Williams Chevrolet service was receiving some negative reviews. All I can say is that since the new service manager, Jim Decker took over earlier this year, Williams Chevrolet has become a top-notch service center. Jim personally assisted in my situation which was difficult to diagnose. This business operates on integrity, credibility and a commitment to the customer. I can only imagine that they will getting five star reviews in the future. Fantastic people fantastic business. I also want to call out my service advisor, Jennifer Donahue. Top notch all the way she constantly communicating with me as we were going to diagnostics. She kept me in the loop as mechanics in the manager, Jim Decker, getting to the bottom of the problem and efficiently getting everything corrected. I can personally vouch for the integrity of this business. You will not be disappointed. More
