It was very cold and they had been slow but all of sudden a lot of people came in. Kevin took my car and did it himself and I was out of there. There have been lots of times they have lent me cars and on big repairs I knew I needed them and was fair dealing. My husband just bought new tires 4/l5. He was there a good while but I guess with all the work you have it took that. Anyway, he is well pleased. We just appreciate Folger Buick very much. More

I was approached quickly for assistance. The representative did not try to up-sell me on the most expensive car or model. Price with almost 9,000 miles and being a 10 when 11's come out in approx four months. Great service and very easy in & out. Sales person was wonderful and as well as the sales mgr.
