I have been a Buick owner for years, but the reason I keep my business at Folger is because of its service department. Buying a car is an infrequent activity, but servicing a car is a frequent - and freq keep my business at Folger is because of its service department. Bill Morgan at Folger Buick makes that service experience as easy and pleasant as possible, however. Bill is the most experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly service manager I have ever known. He almost makes a service visit a pleasant experience. He invariably makes me feel that I am his most important customer and that he is genuinely happy to see me. I am comfortable with his recommendations and I trust him to treat my car as if it were his own. I expect that he treats all of his customers in a similar way. Folger is the place to go for service in Charlotte. [You do need to take your own reading material, however; the magazine selection isn't anything to write home about! :)] More
