I have a 2011 Chev HHR that I bought from another dealer. I have known Bill Morgan for years and trust him completely. He will not fix or service anything that does not need it. When Folger started selling G I have known Bill Morgan for years and trust him completely. He will not fix or service anything that does not need it. When Folger started selling GMC I called Bill and asked him he would be able to service my Chev HHR. He said sure and I recently had my 30,000 mile service at Folgers handled thru Bill. Folgers will never be the cheapest place because they believe quality and correctness comes first. You get what you pay for at Folgers. The last car I bought at Folgers was a 1998 Buick Lesabre that I sold with 195,000 miles on it and still running fine. More
We have had some issues with our Buick Enclave. We had talked to the dealership about the problems before our warranty expired. They suggested some things which we tried. Friday at 3:30pm, I discovered by car overheating. I drove into the dealership about 4:00pm which is the time the mechanics have already left. Bill Morgan was able to recall a mechanic and have my wate drove into the dealership about 4:00pm which is the time the mechanics have already left. I was looking for a Ford Mustang Convertible & after research on KBB & AutoTrader I found the deal from Folger to be better as compared to others. So I called up & went there. Right from the first time when we went to Folger, the sales representative we spoke to on phone Mr. Darol Ramsey attended to every query of ours. He was the one who traded Mustang for a Kia & had taken care of the car dearly. He helped us at each & every stage, be it test drive, negotiating, finding the best deal or fixing the issues with the car. It was a pleasant experience & I am very much satisfied. Even though we first showed up when they were closing to just look - Kevin took care of us. Kevin would have stayed all night to show the cars we wanted to see. To be honest this is my 2nd new car sales venture with Brian Purser and folgers in the past year. My first was so enjoyable and professional that when the time came Brain and Folgers was first on my list Brian Purser and folgers in the past year.
