If he finds out something is wrong with your car, or if they find something wrong other than what you brought it in for he will come in and set down beside you and explain whatever it is with you in detail. I have been to other dealerships where they call for you to come out in the service department and try to explain it with you. Bill Morgan is very professional when it comes to talking to you.
