We bought a used car from this dealership 10 minutes down the streets the oil light comes on. 2 days later all sorts of warning lights started coming on. 1 month later it starts leaking coolant. We call the dealership and they simply tell us to add coolant and won't really talk to us. We took the car into the shop. I made a review about it on this very site. The director of sales/marketing contacts my husband and says "we don't take kindly to negative reviews about our dealership ". Then replies with " if you even want the owners to consider helping you, your review needs to come down". We were blackmailed to take it down if we wanted help. So on our over $1,000 bill they paid $200. 3 weeks later it went back in the shop for another over $1,000 bill. While in the shop the 2nd time the mechanics informed us that the alternator is bad. Not even 2 weeks out of the shop for the 2nd time we have a drive train malfunction. If the dealership did any type of inspection on this car there would not be all this crap. It's just money for them. They don't care about what they sell or safety as long as they make $$. Lord only knows how much the bill will be this time. I am beyond disgusted by this dealership and how they treat customers. DO NOT contact us again threatening us to take down this review because it will NEVER happen. I will be posting on every platform and letting everyone know how you conduct business. Blackmail isn't going to work this time. More

I had to call multiple times to get through to someone, once I did get through somehow I would end up connected to someone at the Monroe used car lot. (Not sure how that happens when I call the Dundee loca once I did get through somehow I would end up connected to someone at the Monroe used car lot. (Not sure how that happens when I call the Dundee location). I talked with a guy named Joe which told me he would have the truck I was interested in brought from the Dundee location to the Monroe location since I was having issues talking to someone. Then I get a call later from a female saleswoman stating that they weren't bringing the truck over and if I could come look at it at the Dundee location. Mind you I asked Joe about the truck and he informed me that it was super clean and was bought from them new and traded back in to them. So I go look at it with my family in the rain to find that it was filthy inside and out, had numerous scratches on it, the seat stitching was coming unstitched and it had a engine light on. I was floored, it was a 2019 ram with under 25k miles on it. Was a total waste of time, left work early, rushed to get there before closing time to find out all of this. Then I get a text 4 days after leaving telling me that the upholstery guy couldn't fix the seat stitching but they could put some kind of leather covers over the seats and wanted me to pay for it. Not happy at all! More

I went to this dealer because a friend had a good experience & I knew they had the truck I wanted, I left the dealer with the truck I wanted!! Thank you to the whole TEAM that worked to get the finan experience & I knew they had the truck I wanted, I left the dealer with the truck I wanted!! Thank you to the whole TEAM that worked to get the financing done!! In the world we live in today it probably wasn’t easy & it may have taken some fancy footwork!! Everyone I encountered was pleasant!! I plan to send my friends there too!! More
