I bought a used vehicle from Dallas. He was very easy to work with and did a great job answering my questions and resolving any potential concerns. If a sales person talks negative about another dealership, then that can be a deal breaker for me. No reason to belittle the competition and Dallas didn't do that. Dallas mentioned what made Willey a great dealership to work with and why the car at Willey was a quality vehicle and a competitive deal. This was my first visit to Willey and besides a little delay from the finance department, everything went well. I would be comfortable buying my next car from Dallas. More

This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Willey Honda, This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Willey Honda, and that was the reason for my return. I was very satified the first time. I met Brett U. there, and found him to be, what I consider, a good salesman. He listened to me and MY needs, rather than deciding what he thought I should buy, then trying to talk me into that car. He showed me several cars, and allowed me to test drive them, then ask my opinion, rather than trying to "sell" me. He was not high pressuring, nor over bearing, or argumentative to put his point across. I would recommend him, and I would surely call him the next time I am in the market for a new car. Only negative thing was what the dealership offered me for my 2001 Honda. I was insulted, especially being a Honda dealer, and because of the large sign in front stating the pay the most for trade-ins...or something to that effect. I was inteested in the value of my car I was replacing. I probably would have decided to sell it myself, but the amount they valued my car, made me momentarily question their ability to honestly state the true value of a car, and made me distrust them. I would have left right then, if it hadn't been for Bretts calm reasurrance. I could have sold my used Honda about 20 times to individuals who were very disappointed that it wasn't still available. I also had asked about 7 times more than I would have gotten from the dealership, and people felt they were getting a great bargain!!! All I would say is be more careful about what you offer people for their cars, so you don't offend...or take down your sign in front!!! I had assumed that you would want used Hondas because they are really in demand around here, based on my research and experience. Mine was sold within 2 hours of posting it, and I even got calls from out of state...people saying I saw your car on the internet, and I want it. I can be there tomorrow morning with the cash to buy it. More
