Serviceman David who walked us through the unit the day we picked it up is a valuable Wilkins asset. He knows the product inside and out and is able to communicate all of the fine details in a manner that is easy to understand. He is a gem! Business manager Mark was generally OK however he pushes too hard on selling the extended warranty. We said several times that we were not interested but he would not take "no" for an answer. It was only when we said it was approaching the annoying stage that he gave up and processed the RV order without extended warranty. Not too happy with Drew's attitude. More
