WE arrived at the dealership with no idea of what was involved.. We hooked up with Mike Sullivan who answered all our questions as honestly as he could. There was an RV in bath that fit our needs and it was brought to Rochester. We were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted in the RV and more questions were answered. After a test drive we decided to purchase it. We were then introduced to Shannon Wolfanger. What a phenomenal person. She worked out a deal for us that was remarkable. She walked us through all the paperwork and described all the options. There was never any pressure to purchase options, just information. After signing all the paperwork we left the dealership very satisfied and happy. I am sure we will have a good relationship in the future. Rudite and Voldemars More

Service Above and Beyond - New Victor, NY location I've always had great service from the Wilkin's team, so when they purchased a new location from an existing dealership in Victor, NY, I was pleased - I've always had great service from the Wilkin's team, so when they purchased a new location from an existing dealership in Victor, NY, I was pleased - only about 5 miles from my home. The location was run down by the previous owner, but Wilkin's is moving forward nicely with new improvements. I took my coach in for for warranty service and some standard maintenance items. When I called to schedule the pickup, I mentioned to Tim Henehan that I wasn't looking forward to backing this thing into my driveway - I live on a narrow street and backing in usually involves driving on my lawn (normally, that's OK but this year the excessive rain has turned my lawn into muck.) I've done lot's of trailer/fifth wheel backing, but the length of my truck combined with this large fifth wheel and a narrow street makes backing a challenge. To my surprise, Tim said he would be happy to give me a "lesson" on this. I'm never too proud to accept advice and assistance, so I snapped up the offer. Tim said he'd do this after work on his time. We scheduled a time and date, I picked up the coach late in the day, Tim met me at my home and spent the next hour+ helping me polish my technique. To say that this goes above and beyond excellent customer service is an understatement. I spent a 45 year career assessing and meeting customer needs and believe me, this is exceptional and is truly in the best spirit of true customer service. My guess is that as time goes on, the Victor location will only get better as Wilkin's continues to modernize. I'll continue to use the excellent service department that Tim heads up. More

If your seeking Service after your purchase, buyer beware! Purchased brand new RV in Oct. 2016. They were kind enough to allow free parking till Spring delivery. There were some additional accessories I wanted Purchased brand new RV in Oct. 2016. They were kind enough to allow free parking till Spring delivery. There were some additional accessories I wanted to be done prior to delivery. Had the Final "Walk Thru" in April 2017. None of my requested accessories were done. I was assured during Walk Thru in April that my requested accessories will be done prior to delivery. Delivery was 2 weeks later. My contract stated the RV was to be set up, leveled, and all utilities connected. The RV was delivered and haphazardly set up on my cinder blocks that were crooked. Wrong power cord sent with RV, 50amp instead of 30amp. They sent in the starter kit a 30amp to 15amp adapter. No water hooked up and my cable line just sat on the ground. The RV wasn't level per my level after they left! All to follow after the delivery: -I had to purchase a 50amp to 30amp adapter, extra. -I had to pull out all cinder blocks and redo, that now are straight, not crooked. -I hooked up water, cable, and electric service cables. The 50amp cord supplied did not fit well into RV main outlet. When called I was informed that was the power cord from manufacture they weren't liable. -main door and other doors with in RV wouldn't close into door jams. shims had been left in door jam for transport only. Had to "violently" slam main door just to close each time. -Refrigerator/Freezer not running correctly. Refrig. at 24degrees freezing most food with in. Freezer at -5degrees and any kind of ice cream always were soft. -The main trunk of heat ducting NOT connected, so everytime furnance was on all the heat went directly to base of RV, not inside! -The A/C switching board was not functioning. -DVD player not wired into TV. -Awning makes a horrible scraping noise when closed. -Window screen not closing leaving a !/2" opening for insects to enter. -2 new blinds broke within one month of use. I understand that all these issues were manufacture in origin BUT if Wilkins in Churchville had done a QA on the RV PRIOR to delivery they would have seen all these major issues and not of delivered a lemon of an RV that I purchased. Please note that all these issues are being handled by another dealership, not the Churchville location. The manufacture is making good on all of these malfunctions and the other RV service department is doing an outstanding job at completing ALL of these fixes. This particular dealership was only interested in obtaining my money and couldn't care less how it was delivered or in what condition it was in. I am now entering my 4th month of ownership and the RV is still not 100% to be completely repaired. Of course, I'll have to obtain an extended warranty cause I truly don't trust the manufacture of my RV and certainly not the integrity of Wilkins RV in Churchville, NY. More

Nancy McG. in parts/accessories was good,offering suggestions based on her own RV experience. Matt in service covered everything in the trailer when we picked it up. After our "shake down" trip to Webster Park Wilkins' Service Dept. was able to get us right in to fine tune some door and window adjustments and another concern I had. Everyone was so very helpful I was looking on-line for a new camper and saw the one I purchased at the bath location. They brought the camper up to the Churchville location and I I was looking on-line for a new camper and saw the one I purchased at the bath location. We did not know this until the day we came back to pick up the camper. They worked incredibility hard to use the equipment I already had so I did not have to buy everything new.
