I would have given 5 stars to the dealer but I was disappointed in how long it took to complete the oil change. I had a 10:15am appointment but did not receive the inspection video and request to pro disappointed in how long it took to complete the oil change. I had a 10:15am appointment but did not receive the inspection video and request to proceed with services until 11:10 am. That 55 minutes just to look at the car is unacceptable when someone has an appointment. This work on the oil change did not begin until one hour of my arrival. We left the dealership another 45 minutes after that. One hour forty minutes total time. Omar was very friendly and professional but the time it took to complete the work was out of his control. More

Nice service with friendly employees but do not expect them to call you back when they say they will. I also asked for my service to be completed by 2 when I dropped off at 9 but they couldn't make it hap them to call you back when they say they will. My Mazda Miata was purchased as a certified preowned vehicle through a Mazda dealer. It is still under factory warranty. The clutch area of the car has a persistent squeaking sound. The service manager questioned whether the car was still under warranty, which was disturbing. Then the technician said all that was needed to fix. The problem was some grease on an area where the fork and the clutch master cylinder reside. This quieted the squeaking for about a week and now the squeaking is back. Now I have to take my car back into the service which is going to take much more time from my schedule. More

Our engine failed on 8/2/23. We had car towed to our mechanic & he said my 2013 Sonata needed a new engine. He started looking for a used engine with fewer miles. After a few days of trying, he let us know he couldn't find one & it would be $11,000+ to put a new one in. We then called Wilkins & told you the situation. You wanted us to have our car towed to your dealership which happend on 8/10/23 after we got back in town from a trip. for diagnostic testing. We were told it would take 2 -4 weeks & we would be notified of the findings. We were not told at the time the car would be in a tow line which mechanics fit in after scheduled work. Followed up on 8/14/23 & car had not been looked at yet. On 8/21 we were told we needed to provide any documentation of oil changes done which we provided. No news on 8/25. Received a call on 9/4/23 that engine failure was Hyundai's fault & we qualified for a free new engine & had been ordered but no loaner car was available while work being done. Followed up on 9/11/23. work still being done & no car available. Called Hyundai customer care & on 9/12/23 got a call that our car was being worked on but other things needed to be done. We approved work but found out after we picked up the car on 9/12/23 that unnecessary cabin filter was changed which cost us $69.95. That filter had been changed on 3/8/23 at Just Tire so it should not have been dirty. This is why we didn't bring it here to be serviced, unnecessary work & cost. Every time there was a manufacturer recall & brought in to you, $600 - $1500 worth of work was recommended. More
