Let me start by saying - the Wilkins dealerships (Hyundai and Mazda) are the best of the best. In a day and age where I went to 5 other dealerships (all the supposed big guys with large networks - any guesse and Mazda) are the best of the best. In a day and age where I went to 5 other dealerships (all the supposed big guys with large networks - any guesses?) of dealerships across IL - not one of them even gave me the time of the day because I wasn't a gullible customer. They were treating me like another number and trying to rip me off - and I did see a lot of desperate customers fall prey to their arm twisting tactics. Wilkins, on the other hand, was FANTASTIC - and its not the 1st time this has happened. Special shout to KEN BROWN - who worked with me patiently and also to Glenn Meier from Finance. Between them they got me all set in a span of 2.5 hrs. I actually walked in half expecting to walk out disgruntled (given the experience with the other dealerships) - but they proved a customer wrong. Worked with my budget, my wants and gave me a great car. It is much needed in this current craziness of car shortages and good service shortage that is prevalent. More
