My experience here was great! I have been to quite a few dealerships and Slave was up front about everything and made my buying process so easy. Dealer was good, though I would not recommend Brian Jack. When I initially test drove the car with him, it seemed like he didn’t want to sell a car to me. I come again during Memorial Day and throughout the entire process he was rude, didn’t stick around to answer and questions. When he came around he would give a vague response and then leave for 20 minutes. I think we asked a question 2-3 before we got an answer. This was almost the entire process until I signed the papers and then his mood completely changed. Everyone else at the dealership was very friendly though it was just an odd experience we had with Brian. I would rate the dealership much higher if it wasn’t for this car buying experience. More

My interaction with the service department was excellent. Lee was very nice , but when I called to tell them that our horn was not working when we clicked the remote, I was told to try to reset the car. I didn't find any information in the owner's manual about resetting the car. Anyway, my husband eventually found that our hood was left unlatched. When he closed it, the problem was solved. This is some information that might come in handy in the future if someone experiences the same problem. More
