I was able to make an appointment within the same week. When I arrived, I was attended by Randy who was super helpful and professional. What is the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait a hour and a half to get an oil change. The job took about 30 minutes to do per the invoice. With the above being said and as I waited to get checked in and overhearing a service member and a member of management speaking about making a man wait longer that requested to speak to a manager because of a issue he had really put a damper on my own experience.
