My appointment was at 1:30pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I left about 5:30pm. They couldn’t locate my car when it was ready. It would be good if the service didn’t take so long. The service clerk rotation. I left about 5:30pm. They couldn’t locate my car when it was ready. It would be good if the service didn’t take so long. The service clerk was friendly. I was never told it would take so long for my service. The dealer has a desk and coffee and water so at least I could work from their waiting area. More
