Working with Joe Lipira was quite the opposite experience. Patience, kindness, and a willingness to work with me are only a few characteristics to describe this wonderful man. My car is in mint condition and this is the best car I've ever purchased. If I ever need another car I will ONLY go to Wilkins Hundai and most definetly ask for Joe Lipira. I would strongly reccomend him and his team at Wilkins Hundai to anyone searching for a quality car at an impeccable price! More

I contacted Wilkins through an online ad and spoke with Sarah. She answered my questions and set up an appointment for me with Vito Dinella. I went in, drove several cars, gave Vito my criteria and he came back with a price I could work with. He did not pressure me or try to upsell me. He listened to me and I ended up with a Hyundai Elantra that I love. I will recommend Wilkins, Sarah, and Vito to anyone looking for a car or a lease. More

We didn't expect to purchase a car that day, but drove exactly what we wanted off of the lot. I would recommend this dealership - and Murad specifically - to anyone wanting quick, friendly service. classic bait and switch i am sorry to see that others have had the same exact BAIT AND SWITCH scam tried on them. the salesman tried to sell us a car with a $1,000 add on to i am sorry to see that others have had the same exact BAIT AND SWITCH scam tried on them. the salesman tried to sell us a car with a $1,000 add on to have the car certified. once i was home and comparing this car to another i noticed that on their site and on craigslist they had the car as a certified used car without the extra 1K in fees. After I called the salesman and asked him about it he mentioned that this was already discussed and that the ads that are still up days later, were wrong. After asking to speak with his manager I hear his handset hang up on me. I called back left a message for the manager and he called me back stating that he was grateful i brought the mistake to his attention and that he would be willing to honor the advertised deal. (as like he had a choice in the matter). He also ensured me that the advertising department would have to change that right away and sure enough days later it shows the same. As they were not willing to negotiate a penny off of the car, I originally walked out. The next day they were willing to take off $200 but made it sound that their children would go hungry for the month because of it. On a 20K vehicle this is a slap in the face. you expect to go to a dealer and negotiate money off of a car not get charged a grand more to "certify" an already certified car. buying a car can be very stressful and to top it off having to deal with such intentional crooks, it makes the car buying experience that much worse. BUYER BEWARE!!! Mr Wilkins, thank you for your response however please be advised that as requested, I will not be removing my review of your dealership as others need to be made aware of what they are walking into. Keep in mind that the $200 your sales person and manager were willing to take off was not the bigger issue. as insulting as that is to any car buyer out there, the bigger issue lies with the fact that as I write this response your vehicle is still advertised on your website and on craigslist as a certified used vehicle. (After the manager ensured me that it would be corrected on the ads.) In addition as great as buying a certified car may be, it does not state anywhere that the buyer will have to pay an additional $1,000 for that certification of an already certified car. Add insult to injury, The salesperson was not willing to honor that advertisement, he stated that this was already discussed and that was that. As this was set in stone, and simply made it OK for me to be taken advantage of. Now this was all prior to hanging up on me when I asked to be speak to his manager. When the manager returned my voicemail, he at the end stated that he would be willing to honor that deal, as i would assume that he legally has to. In closing, the issue again is the fact that the salesperson knew exactly what he was doing and decided to keep digging a bigger hole if you will. Instead of admitting his mistake or at the very least "pretend" he made a mistake and take the higher road, he felt it would be best to make me feel as I was the one that was wrong and that I should of assumed it was normal to pay more for (again) certifying an already certified car. Either way, we purchased a brand new car for literally five dollars more then your advertised price with the exact package at patrick hyuindai. Shortly they will get my well deserved praises on this site along with others, as by no means did I feel lied to or in any way feel like i was being taken advantage of. More

I finally decided to get a new one and checked out a lot of websites and went to one other dealership. They had quoted me a really good price. The service was terrible and I left. Wilkins was more than thrilled that I was sticking with them and treated me VERY well. Andy was fantastic and helped me get a deal that was BETTER than the other dealer and I got exactly the car I wanted. Can't say enough about this dealership. They really go the extra mile. I was immediately connected with salesman Jim Minogue who is truly a very knowledgeable and friendly individual! Together with Sales Manager Ken Wagner they gave my mom an incredible deal on a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited AWD! And Glenn Meier our Finance Manager gave us an awesome rate and extended warranty plan! The overall experience was too good to be true! The only complaints I have is that they're too nice and too fair! My mom was so HAPPY and overwhelmed with the whole experience! Thank you so much Jim, Ken, Glenn and Wilkins staff for such an awesome incredible over the top car buying experience! The car keeps riposting with even lower rate when asked all can they say is "Sorry". Ridiculous. I wouldn't ask you to trust my experience but have it in mind if you decide to shop there. More
