It is loyalty that helps through good and bad times. I knew going in which vehicle (2012 Kia Sportage) I wanted but once I test drove it, I absolutely fell in love. This car is an suv and has all of the bells and whistles such as, navigation, touch screen, backup camera, heated seats, leather seats, a remote starter, sunroof and moon roof! It was the whole package! I came to Wilkins, with no money down just a trade in and bad credit. So once I fell in love I was nervous I wouldn't get approved. Right away I met with a salesman named Mike Myers (yes that is name, how awesome?) and he was amazing. He asked me what my budget was, what would be the highest I would pay and what would be the lowest. Mike worked with me and got me to the exact number I wanted to be. After hearing I was approved with the payments I wanted I was so stoked to leave in my new car. Once I got home, I began to set up the Bluetooth, however, when I trled to set up the Bluetooth there was no way to Lync. At first I thought okay maybe I am not used to the technology and it's me, so then I googled the manual and it still didn't work then I figured maybe I need to watch a video on it. I spent one hour on YouTube and tried everything I could and still nothing. The very next day I brought the car back to Wilkins for Mike to try it, Mike and myself spent another 15 minutes trying to figure it out. Shortly after nothing worked he had his manager Ken get involved. Ken informed me to leave the car overnight he'll give me a rent a car and he will have it checked out. A day later Mike calls me and tells me it was an issue with the remote start. The person who owned the vechile before me put in a aftermarket remote starter and the way it was installed messed up the Bluetooth. Mike let me know that ken has to work with Kia and see if they can help them remove the remote starter. Ken let me use the rent the car in the meantime. At first, I was really sad it was the car I wanted and I got it then I had to give it right back and now it looses one of the main things I loved. Then It had been days and I grew frustrated but through the days Mike kept in touch with me each time he knew something he would call me. Throughout the few days waiting even times I called to speak with ken it was beyond comforting and always informative. After the days pass Mike and Ken finally hear word from Kia that Kia would not help them fix it and the only way they will is if Wilkins pays and right away Ken and Mike attacked the issue and resolved it. Mike calls me and tells that my car ready and even better I still have my remote start! I got my car back with all the bells and whistles and the remote starter! I can say overall, my experience was amazing the customer service is outstanding! Thank you both for going above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. Treated me like family from day 1 I walked into the dealership having done my homework and was down to two vehicles (plus a third not yet available). I left thinking I'd made my decision, but went back a couple days later to solidify the deal. They didn't have the exact configuration that I wanted so we placed an order, but Sales Mgr, Ken Wagner, said they'd also look in the area for one. About a week later, Murad called to say they'd gotten my third choice in (just in case I wanted to still come check it out)...talk about wanting to make sure a customer got what she wanted! I went in, and ultimately decided to stick with my first choice, and wait ~12 wks for my ordered one or for a local one to pop up. But all the while, Murad and Ken kept in touch to let me know what they were finding, and lo and behold, they found my exact match just a few weeks later. My hubby and I went in that day to pick up my car. We were greeted & treated like family and Murad spent LOTS of time showing me every bell & whistle and helping get everything adjusted and set before I drove off the lot. Murad even gave me a couple follow-up calls just to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions. Again, the customer service was absolutely 1st rate at Wilkins! More
