Nice Dealership! Nice Staff! Just purchased my first Hyundai from Wilkens and I would definitely recommend this Dealer. Their sales person Jim Minogue greeted us quickly but did n Just purchased my first Hyundai from Wilkens and I would definitely recommend this Dealer. Their sales person Jim Minogue greeted us quickly but did not hover. When we were ready for the test drive he had 2 vehicles ready for us and he wasn't pushy at all on either one. There was no pressure to get a vehicle with features we didn't need and they have a decent selection even though they are getting ready to expand. I was leaning towards either a Tucson or a Mazda CX5. We left with the Tucson and I am very happy with it. Jim went over the features and helped us adjust the settings before we left. We financed so we worked with Glenn and he was a pleasure to work with. I hate that part of the process so that's a real compliment. We purchased the Extended Warranty, which we have not done in the past but adjustments were made and it was well worth the extra peace of mind. I believe we received a very fair deal on the vehicle and we are happy with our purchase. Every staff member we saw seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be choosing Wilkens if Service is ever needed even though it's a little geographically inconvenient for us because they seem to have high standards and a want to make sure their customers are happy.
