Trung gets the highest marks from me for his customer service skills. Only visited the dealer twice but It was a pleasant experience and I am recommending to my family and friends. More
I wish I had returned but the Pope was in town. We ended up purchasing a Lexus from Chester Springs but I really liked the effort Michael put forth to get us in that car. If we didn't have to be home that night at a specific time, we probably would have purchased the car. And it would have been what we wanted and at the price we wanted. They have a huge inventory. The area is a little too congested for me, but Lexus is so reliable, I would only have to go once a year or maybe twice. I still might get my car serviced there. Good job guys! (and gals) More

They will call when part arrives Although this should have happened before I took a day off of work and drove to the dealership. I'll continue to update. To whom it concerns: Please allow me to express fustration at trying to remedy a safety notice recall for a passenger Airbag Inflater for my 2004 Lexus SC430. On 8/12/2015 I made a appointment at Wilkie Lexus of Havertown. While courteous, the service manage indicated that he did not have the parts and they are back ordered by at least two weeks. even though I made my appointment 8/12 (weeks ago) indicating "Front passenger airbag inflated module" as the reason for the service visit. Further, the service manager did not provide a future appointment or offer to contact me when the parts were available. If the service recall is a serious as indicated by the Recall Notice, the parts should have been available for the appointment, or if the parts were not available I should have been rescheduled for a future appointment, before my service date. I feel that this is a serious issue, however not having the parts for a recall is reflective of the service center and Lexus not taking the Recall Notice seriously and thus placing my family at risk. Would Never Recommend Them to Anyone!! Never going back!!!! I was going to this dealer for years. I actually brought my first leased car from them. But since 2010, there service has become poor. Took my car to I was going to this dealer for years. I actually brought my first leased car from them. But since 2010, there service has become poor. Took my car to get serviced and had to get new breaks and rotors front and back. A couple months later, the pin falls out of my break caliber do to the mechanic not securing the pin back properly. Instead of owning there mistake, they tried to say it was where and tear. After speaking to several certified mechanics. It was not wear and tear, it was the mechanics failure to secure the pin and it ended up falling out to which i could have got into an accident or something. They made me pay for the repair. So 1,500, for the first repair, almost 500 for the second repair. Note that while the second repair was being done i requested that they make sure the breaks and everything were fully functional. About a month later I had to go back to them and now I need new breaks and rotors again in the front because the breaks were grinding against the rotors, but they just said not long ago that there was nothing wrong, when they charged me for the pin that fell out. So in a span of 7mths, I was charged twice for front breaks and rotors, and a rear break caliber that was all there fault. I would never return to this dealer again. I have recommended and have had friends purchase vehicles from this deal. I would never do it again. More

Duy went to bat for me and got me the best deal and followed it up with a great communication throughout the term of my lease. He even offered to give me a ride home after the lease terminated. Wilkie Lexus is very fortunate to have Duy, his passion for the brand and especially the customer. More
