After a few phone call conversations they finally did what I asked . Emailed me the deal so I could obtain financing elsewhere . They added to the advertised price by a bit. The deal listed my lease as 8900.00 shy of a payoff wich is far below its actual trade value. This did nothing but waste my time. I am a very busy person. These old school sales tactics are relying on the vulnerability of the general public. They are quite passive aggressive with these tactics and ignore what you are simply asking them for. The sales staff is extremely friendly The appraiser is an absolute jerk and l ignores your conversation. Then proceeds to sit in your vehicle for an hour. Some folks have a compromised immune system and dont need some hungover moron sitting on their car. Bottom line. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE More

He was patient, honest, and transparent with the cost questions I had. I ended up going with a 2022 Nissan titan with 25,000 miles. it was on the lot, the price was similar and they gave me a great deal. They discounted the price additionally despite the initial cost already being below the market. The warranty options were very flexible and I was able to cover the entire vehicle for 60,000 additional miles at a very low price. They have a great operation at this dealership. We're excited to use the service department and hope to trade in our palisade in 18 months. More

I wanted an Elantra SE, they did not have one on their lot. I had to wait a week for my car, but it’s worth it. Will was pleasant to work with along with other employees.
