I've done service with Wilde Toyota for some time. I needed tires on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma and had a coupon from Wilde that was sent in the mail a while back that was buy 3 get 1 free for tires. Well not much is really for free, so I did my homework and checked other prices and it turned out to be a very good deal. I called the service department and got Ken. I was very pleased with his patience with me and as I was doing some fact finding I didn't set up an appointment then, but I remember wanting to work with Ken as I liked his friendly manner. A few days later I was in and the cost was exactly what was quoted. I'm a careful shopper and always look for the good quality buys. I was very happy with my tire purchase and related service from Wilde and Ken. More

We have purchased vehicles from Wilde Toyota and had our vehicles serviced there. We have always had a positive experience and staff have been great. Wilde may well be the example of how other dealerships vehicles serviced there. We have always had a positive experience and staff have been great. I do not recall ever (over the past many years) having to have a repair redone. I have every confidence and trust in the recommendations made. I also especially appreciate their shuttle service--the drivers have always been prompt and courteous. More
On April 9th, 2011 I took my Rav4 to the dealership for an oil change, bumper to bumper check and to have a slow leak on my rear driver side tire checked/fixed. When I arrived Ken welcomed me and he was ve an oil change, bumper to bumper check and to have a slow leak on my rear driver side tire checked/fixed. When I arrived Ken welcomed me and he was very friendly. He was able to them conduct the bumper to bumper check and the oil change. However the tire could not be fixed it had to be replaced along with the other tires due to wear and tear. I explained to him that I was not interested in making the purchase at the time of my visit and he was able to provide me with additional pricing information and warranty. Ken was very informative and made me feel at ease. Due to the treatment and respect I rec'd I will certainly be back for my services. M Gomez More

Very quick and efficient. I went in for an oil change and for service on a seat belt that would not detract back into its holder. The service writer fiddled with the seat belt before my work order was e and for service on a seat belt that would not detract back into its holder. The service department was very efficient. I'm always nervous when I take my car to dealers. As a female I'm never sure if I'm going to get screwed over.
