Kevin is a great salesman.I have bought a Corolla in the past dealing with Kevin. Now we have 2 in our family. My sister Heidi was recently looking for a used car, that is why I brought her to Kevin. Kevin is an experienced salesman, who knows his business when it comes to used cars. Kevin makes you feel comfortable and answers your questions honestly. That is why my sister bought a Corolla instead of a Ford. There were some issues with the service dept, but I do not want to hamper Kevin's good review with those issues. I've been in the service dept twice for oil changes,etc, for my 2011 Rav4. Joel has helped me both times. He's an exceptional person in that department...I don't have to wait, he explains what was done, e for my 2011 Rav4. Joel has helped me both times. Not being familiar with being able to make phone calls using the buttons on my car (bluetooth, I guess), Joel set up the numbers and explained how to use it. I never expected to use or to like the convenience, but in one day I loved it! And that was all because of Joel Valdez. He told me to come in whenever I had a question. With my second oil change I had more questions, all of which Joel was able to help with. Joel Valdez is what every service department representative should be. It's clear that a satisfied customer is important to him. He's a great representative for Toyota and an asset to the business. More

I came in to get my oil changed and Craig greeted me with a friendly welcome. I came to get an oil change. Craig mentioned that I needed my tires rotated as well and I was unaware of those simple maintenance a friendly welcome. I came to get an oil change. He explained to me the importance of rotaiting my tires every other oil change to make the most of my tires. I am a female and it was nice to know that Craig was looking out for me and my cars best interest. He was very kind and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. This was my first time to Wilde Toyota and after my experience, I definitely will be coming back and recommending my friends and family to visit Craig for their service needs! More

I love that you don't need an appointment for oil changes, tire rotation, and routine maintenance. In all the time I have been bringing my cars there, I am always seen and my car serviced, in a timely manner. Even when I have been told it might be a bit longer wait, that has not been the case. Other dealships we have dealt with can schedule an oil change and then still have you spend 2 hours waiting for your oil change to be done. Wilde also offers frequent, convenient shuttle rides which have helped me out a time or two also. I feel this dealership offers professional service, fair pricing, and an overall outstanding experience for car owners. More
