I recommend readers do business elsewhere. The sales staff was professional(although they should be) but my opinion regarding the experience and treatment (still ongoing) with the finance department lie staff was professional(although they should be) but my opinion regarding the experience and treatment (still ongoing) with the finance department lies somewhere between highly unprofessional and borderline criminal (fraud). Currently, 6 plus weeks after purchasing a new car, we are still waiting for a refund from a warranty and purchase total that we never agreed upon or signed for. A nightmare to say the least. Please avoid Wilde Toyota! More

I walked into the dealership not knowing exactly how difficult it is going to be considering that some salesmen make it almost uncomfortable to be there! In handling of my wife being knocked down in the service area. Their employees called West Allis Fire department after my wife was knocked down (not at her request). Mike Greco (Service Manager) stated they area. Their employees called West Allis Fire department after my wife was knocked down (not at her request). Mike Greco (Service Manager) stated they agreed to pay the bill and the check is in the mail for the last six weeks. Only to find out today that no it is not and they have to summit it as a claim. The person that knocked my wife down was either a employee or a customer and they would not verify anything which they could have viewed the cameras. My wife was laying face down on the floor and did not get a good look at the person which kept going. I am very dissatisfied in the lack of accountability, bad information, and being lied to after being a loyal customer for years and I will NOT ever purchase another vehicle, service or recommend the Wilde Group to any of my friends or business associates. More
