I could not even connect to the internet via WiFi on my iPhone 11. My wife's iPhone 15 worked better, but it took more than 5 minutes to download the app via WiFi. At our home WiFi, I was able to download Toyota Connect on my iPhone 11 in just 20 seconds. If there is a need to download the Toyota Connect app as part of the vehicle acceptance process, Wilde Toyota needs to provide a more robust WiFi option for customers! The experience was very frustrating!!! More

“Seamless” I went to a couple of other Toyota dealerships before coming to Wilde. The first one had a Tundra SR5 Crew “in transit” no problem, I inquired on the location of the truck. They started by copying before coming to Wilde. The first one had a Tundra SR5 Crew “in transit” no problem, I inquired on the location of the truck. They started by copying my drivers license and taking down my demographics only to come back to tell me that someone had put a deposit down already. They really could’ve started with that rather than beat around the bush. The other dealership I had inquired on the final price of the “only Tundra” in the showroom with a sticker price of $55K. At the time there was either a certain amount off or 1.99% interest through Toyota. The salesman didn’t seem interested in selling. I had left and called that same dealership back within 10 minutes they swore up and down there was no Tundra in the showroom. The salesman finally realized there was a Tundra in the showroom I was already on my way to Wilde Toyota. I guess as they say “third time is the charm”. My wife seen one listed online that was reasonably priced. A salesman “Kyle Schisler” helped us “no pressure, no bait and switch, no tricks” it was already getting a bit late we had all the paperwork done finance just had to go over everything which we would have to follow up the next day Friday. Next morning (Friday) Kyle came in on his day off I might add he filled the tank arranged for wheel locks while we finished up with the paperwork. Friendly, Courteous, Informative, and down to business just the way it should be. Thank you Kyle we will be back once my wife decides what Toyota she will be upgrading to, keep up the good work. More
