I am surprised to hear this - and not happy at all with our staff for not being attentive. Given that our business has been slower than normal, we expect our staff to be very diligent with follow up. Do you recall when you were here? It could help with narrowing down if there were anything going on to cause this - I know we recently had a training that may have had a lot of our staff out. Yep, I dont' know who it was with but I know I was there around 2pm on Monday, May 24th. I want to trade in the '06 Corolla (only 50K miles) and perhaps look at a late model (08-09) Camry.

I am surprised to hear that - especially on our pre-owned side. I know we have a lot of great pre-owned late model vehicles I would be happy to set you up with someone. Have you ever considered leasing? Toyota has some phenomenal leases right now on the Camry - and with a new vehicle purchase right now you get 2 years of free maintenance (up to 25,000 miles) as well as the low financing. I just submitted a lease application to see what my options are. I have my Corolla loan through Toyota Financial Services and that loan is done in December.

I am not sure if you sent something directly to our dealership or not - I have not seen an application, though I wouldn't know who I am looking for either! Right now, even if you don't have perfect credit the Scion has a pure lease program as well which is really competitive. I know there would be a few options, we would be happy to go over with you. Updated the exiting one's notes to reflect my recent experience. I'll write a new one once I get my Satellite installed on Monday, I'll consider the new purchase complete then. Renee was looking for teh title, did you get it? left it in an envelope with your and Renee's name yesterday. One more favor/question if you don't mind - Renee mentioned that I'm supposed to mention to the service person about the "Free 90 days" that come with my radio - does service not have a record of this? I'm a bit nervous they won't see or enter this code to allow for it. As an aside - we turned down the Toyota plan that they tried to sell us @ 1800. I've already gotten quotes from a couple other Toyota deals for the same plan at 1/3 the price. This was part of my issue the last time, I knew better this time :) Thanks again for everything this week! BB

I have it in there actually as I type doing the install. They didn't seem to have my "you owe" paperwork so I was glad I brought my own. THey also didn't know about the Free 90 days on it, so I'm hoping they have that set. Any chance you know how they need to configure that?

As our processes change, and our focus broadens, there are more things we begin to take in to account. Your particular situation caught my attention because you have chosen to take your business elsewhere. While what happened to you in the past is not an ideal situation, we would hate for that to be your last impression of our dealership.
