I've done a lot of car shopping, and Larry is the only salesman i'd go back to. He worked harder than anyone to make my experience worth while. When I was first shopping, I came in on a day that Larry was not working, after recieving a call from him a couple days earlier. I believe the other person i dealt with was Joe Buck... anyways, if he was my salesman the whole time, I wouldn't have bought the vehicle. It meant a lot to me that Larry was really easy to deal with and did everything he could to give me the best service and allow me to get my car quickly and affordably. He was more than willing to work with me, and it was a nice change to see that some salesman are worried about their customer service more than their commission. Rob called me back, less than one business day, after entering an interest via the internet about a Town and Country. Rob worked his magic to get me in this vehicle. I needed financing and couldn't afford more than what I was already paying for the vehicle I was trading in. First, Rob let me know about getting monies back from coverages I had on my trade-in and then he got me approved for financing through Wilde. Next, Matt worked hard to find a way to keep my payments low. Matt listened to my needs and found a way to get me the payments I could afford. He worked fast at this, for I wasn"t feeling well. Jim Hayes was my salesperson - mentioned that he was low key and no pressure (which you expect from all car sales people) However, he was exactly that - Being a woman shopping for a car on her own can be somewhat overwhelming - I was unsure of what I wanted initially, changed my mind about one used car, and Jim was great in giving me my space to check out all the other used car options, helped me stay "focused" on what I really came there for. He was patient, friendly, explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand, and went out of his way to help me find a car that fit my needs. I have a great "new" Honda Accord, that he encouraged me to drive at length, and feel comfortable in - in addition, when I noticed a sound I wasn't sure was supposed to be there, he took the time and effort to have it checked out and made sure it was taken care of ! Even though I was not spending as much as many who come there for a new car, I felt relaxed and just as important. I came into the dealership looking for a good truck for a good price. The salesman Dan prepared great deals on leases for both a Tacoma as well as a Matrix, but in the end I felt that a lease wasn't the rig good price. Though Dan works in the new trucks department, he still bent over backwards to find a great deal on a used truck for me. A year later, the Ford Expedition that I bought from Wilde is running great. I'd recommend Wilde to anyone looking for a good deal, and I'd recommend their sales guy Dan to anyone looking for a car salesman who will help you find the right vehicle for you. More
