Had an appt for 8:15 am and was told my car would be ready for pick up at 12:30 pm. Called the service dept at 2 pm to find out when my car would be done. Was told it would be another hour. Service Department needs an overhaul. Took my car in Monday morning for a faulty valve replacement and oil change. I was told it should take about 2.5 hours - got a ride home with their shuttle driver- which the driver was on the phone with the Service Dept and was speaking rudely about a customer who missed her ride. After numerous phone calls finally got my car back at 5pm. Was told they were short staffed and that caused the delay. ???? Started for home and the car was making a ticking noise, turned around - the tech could hear it and took it back to the guys to make sure everything was ok. I was told it was probably due to the oil change and fluids adjusting??? Took it back again on Wednesday as it was still happening and now my auto on/off function was acting up. I was given a loaner for the day as they were quite busy, finally at 4pm called again - they couldnt find the noise or find anything wrong with the auto on/off start. They kept it overnight so they could try it first thing in the morning. I went to the dealer Thursday morning and all of a sudden they realized that a gasket was not replaced after the work was done and the battery was bad in the auto on/off function. Really??? Got the car home no more ticking but now my auto on/off function does not appear to be working - at this point I am not going back. More
Dominic Spano the service advisor provided very good service, gave an estimate for service, provided their diagnosis and the course of action and timeframe (part had to be ordered) provided a loaner veh service, gave an estimate for service, provided their diagnosis and the course of action and timeframe (part had to be ordered) provided a loaner vehicle and promptly called when repair was complete. And the best part was that the repair was covered under Subaru's extended warranty. Thanks!!! More
Great experience on diagnostic issue when engine light came on. Fast response, easy process, and they gave me a loaner vehicle to drive during the repair. I’ve used four dealers in two states over the lifetime of my Subaru and Wilde gets top marks from me. They’re out of the way from where I live, but I’ll go back because they far exceeded the service of the dealer closest to my home. More
Excellent service - awesome dog friendly lobby with treats for doggo and customer. Free WIFI is nice. Fun music playing in the lobby. Front desk gal was so fun - pet my dog and gave him a Subby tenn treats for doggo and customer. Free WIFI is nice. Fun music playing in the lobby. Front desk gal was so fun - pet my dog and gave him a Subby tennis ball & WRX dog toy! So cool! Wait time so so for an oil change / tire rotation but the lobby was full so maybe this was the reason? I brought my Subaru Forester 2020 for scheduled service in this dealership service department already twice. My feedback is highly negative. On top of regular service, I asked the service advisor to adjust in this dealership service department already twice. My feedback is highly negative. On top of regular service, I asked the service advisor to adjust tire pressure to 35 psi and include a car wash and a light interior vacuuming that were supposed to be complimentary. Upon delivery the car back, the car wash and vacuuming were not done. Tire pressure was down to 30 psi even though it was indicated 36 psi on the service sheet. I pointed it out to service advisor and the service manager. They agreed to correct the issues and compensated my complaints by filling the full tank of gas. However, I was forced to wait additional 1.5 hours. On my complaint why it all was not done right first time, I received no answer but shrugs both from the service advisor and service manager. I am going to this dealership because I have a service package. When it expires, I will never be going again to this dealership service again. More

What a great dealership. I always have a great car purchase experience. When I take my Forester in for service, I feel like I am treated like I'm at a 5-Star hotel. Seriously I always have a great car purchase experience. When I take my Forester in for service, I feel like I am treated like I'm at a 5-Star hotel. Seriously. They go above and beyond in service and I know from my past experiences at other dealerships. The service advisers are all professional and super helpful and never take on a pressure sales role for anything. Loved my free car washes too! I let the Service Manager, Kevin Schmidt know that he has great employees! I am WILD about Wilde! More
