I went to Wilde for an oil change and tire rotation one week before I was leaving for a trip to Colorado. I specifically asked for a safety check because I was going on the trip and would be driving throug week before I was leaving for a trip to Colorado. As I checked out I asked about the multi-point inspection and specifically about the brakes and tires. There was no paperwork for the inspection and I asked about that. I was told the service rep could not find the paperwork and that it had all checked out good. When I drove home, I heard a noise that sounded like brakes so I called back and asked again about the brakes or had the tire rotation done something weird. I was told all was good. The next day I drove my car and as I would come to a stop there was a noise so I took it back to the dealer, got a different service technician and waited. I was told I needed brakes, they were shot, and my tires needed replacing! I made another appointment for brakes and was never offered an explanation or apology. Considering I specifically asked for the safety check and asked about it I was lied to twice. I could have been driving in the mountains and had brake trouble or worse or tire trouble. Also I’ve had my car in multiple times since I purchased it new in 2014 for oil light going on and low oil levels between oil changes and it always passes the oil consumption test, ugh! We left one week after the oil change and the oil light went on in Colorado so we added a quart after testing and finding the level was low. Same thing on the way home. The trip was only two weeks! I never go any where without at least two quarts of oil in my car, just in case. i wish Wilde would do something about this because this is crazy! Not happy with my service and considering this is the third Subaru I’ve purchased from Wilde I may go elsewhere after this experience. I even told the second service technician I was not happy but nobody has reached out to me to apologize or see what they could do to make a better experience. It would also be nice to not wait 2 hours for an oil change. More
Having purchased my Forester at Wilde, I've always had service there. Ryan Hinkle was my service writer until my last visit on 10/22. Ryan was amazing and he has trained Abby who helped me. I observed her desire to provide outstanding service and her professional manner was appreciated. I will be scheduling more service soon and I am betting she will be my new favorite service writer. For the first time in many years, fell short of expectations. Short-staffed no communication. Texted one service person five times and left one voicemail, no response, needed an estimate for the se expectations. Short-staffed no communication. Had to look unexpectedly leave the car due to lack of technicians. Chris is the only one that took care of me appropriately while other young people sat around on their phones not even acknowledging the presence of other customers. I'm a very patient person, but this experience really frustrated me. I gave the experience three stars because of Chris. More
Sorry I didn't get the name of the attendant who took care of my car. Besides my regular checkup, he followed up on postcard I had regarding battery lawsuit. He arranged for 1.5 hour test which showed care of my car. Besides my regular checkup, he followed up on postcard I had regarding battery lawsuit. He arranged for 1.5 hour test which showed it was defective, and arranged for me to receive a new one. So thankful and grateful! He also made sure I got a car wash. More

I have been a customer at Wilde Subaru since 2016 and have always received great service in a timely manner. When I’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve been immediately addressed.
