The dealership I bought my Subaru from in MN always washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Wilde does not. I specifically asked that they do so, cleaned my car out for it, paid $700 in services, and came back washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Wilde does not. Wilde Subaru completed excellent service on 2 recent trips. A nail was in my tire and no other company nearby was willing to fix it in a timely manner. I should’ve tried Wilde first! Obviously, you are short handed with staff just like every other business, so the only reason I couldn't give the experience a "5" was that I waited for my vehicle from 8:30 - 3:30, to find out it would every other business, so the only reason I couldn't give the experience a "5" was that I waited for my vehicle from 8:30 - 3:30, to find out it wouldn't be ready until around closing that evening. My husband came to get me and we picked up the car the next day. Not a big deal, but not a "5" experience. My sales rep was Abby Zinca. She was great - good communication throughout the day and explanations of the work that needed to be done. More
