Obviously, you are short handed with staff just like every other business, so the only reason I couldn't give the experience a "5" was that I waited for my vehicle from 8:30 - 3:30, to find out it would every other business, so the only reason I couldn't give the experience a "5" was that I waited for my vehicle from 8:30 - 3:30, to find out it wouldn't be ready until around closing that evening. My husband came to get me and we picked up the car the next day. Not a big deal, but not a "5" experience. My sales rep was Abby Zinca. She was great - good communication throughout the day and explanations of the work that needed to be done. More

Had an appt for 8:15 am and was told my car would be ready for pick up at 12:30 pm. Called the service dept at 2 pm to find out when my car would be done. Was told it would be another hour. Service Department needs an overhaul. Took my car in Monday morning for a faulty valve replacement and oil change. I was told it should take about 2.5 hours - got a ride home with their shuttle driver- which the driver was on the phone with the Service Dept and was speaking rudely about a customer who missed her ride. After numerous phone calls finally got my car back at 5pm. Was told they were short staffed and that caused the delay. ???? Started for home and the car was making a ticking noise, turned around - the tech could hear it and took it back to the guys to make sure everything was ok. I was told it was probably due to the oil change and fluids adjusting??? Took it back again on Wednesday as it was still happening and now my auto on/off function was acting up. I was given a loaner for the day as they were quite busy, finally at 4pm called again - they couldnt find the noise or find anything wrong with the auto on/off start. They kept it overnight so they could try it first thing in the morning. I went to the dealer Thursday morning and all of a sudden they realized that a gasket was not replaced after the work was done and the battery was bad in the auto on/off function. Really??? Got the car home no more ticking but now my auto on/off function does not appear to be working - at this point I am not going back. More
Dominic Spano the service advisor provided very good service, gave an estimate for service, provided their diagnosis and the course of action and timeframe (part had to be ordered) provided a loaner veh service, gave an estimate for service, provided their diagnosis and the course of action and timeframe (part had to be ordered) provided a loaner vehicle and promptly called when repair was complete. And the best part was that the repair was covered under Subaru's extended warranty. Thanks!!! More
Great experience on diagnostic issue when engine light came on. Fast response, easy process, and they gave me a loaner vehicle to drive during the repair. They’re out of the way from where I live, but I’ll go back because they far exceeded the service of the dealer closest to my home. More
