I didn't have any issues with purchasing my vehicle. However, I bought a maintenance plan and when my vehicle got totaled I contacted Wilde to see if I could use the remaining oil changes my next vehicl However, I bought a maintenance plan and when my vehicle got totaled I contacted Wilde to see if I could use the remaining oil changes my next vehicle and I was told I could not and to contact Fidelity who actually manages the maintenance package. I called Fidelity and there is a long process of logging in, filling out paperwork, and sending in paperwork to possibly get five remaining oil changes I had left on my maintenance package. I feel it should have been a easy process to just allow me to use the rest of the oil changes on the new vehicle and not go through all this extra hassle. Just a warning for anyone thinking about getting the maintenance package. Thanks Eric More
I have had nothing but problems with this dealership and Trey. I have had problems with a tire light coming on for years asked them to fix it even asked to have the tire reseated which they did not want to Trey. Last year I came in with a rough idle asked them to fix it they said I needed to do thousands of dollars to fix which I did and it did not fix the problem. I came back again and asked them to check it over and all they did was the oil change. This past weekend I thought I would give them one more chance to just get an oil change in their express service. I showed up right at 8am Sat morning Trey came over to the car and asked if I had an appointment I said no, he then said can you drop off the car I said no I have no way to get home or back again he said well then you will have a 4 hour wait right at 8am. I find this very hard to believe. He has said this to me in the past wants me to leave my car he does not understand not everyone has someone to drive them around. Very poor customer service!!!! More
Service department is terrible now. . Have bought two Subarus from this dealership and serviced them there for years. Last couple visits have been horrible. Took new WRX in for issues w . Waited for over three hours and received no updates on what they were doing. Person shuttling car from service department was revving engine then slamming on brakes- absolutely unacceptable and made me unbelievably angry. Had tire plugged and couple days later the tire went completely flat while going 70 on freeway, almost caused accident. Clearly the plug was done incorrectly and took it to another dealership to have it looked at, that dealership called Wilde and they said “there’s nothing they would do” I will never go back and will make sure to tell everyone I talk to about Subaru dealerships to never go to Wilde! More

Brought my vehicle in because it needed rear bearings, i told Ryan it needed bearings, he understood. 8 hrs later got a call and they said bearings are good. It is the heat shield making the noise. I was told again the bearings were good. He said but you do need brakes. So I said go ahead and fix them. A few hours later, got a call and figured the brakes were done. NOPE, i was told the bearings were bad and needed to be replaced. I asked what do mean you said they were good. Then i was told "well we never test drove the vehicle to see if they were actually bad" that will an additional $1600 cost. xxx I know you cannot look at a bearing and see that it is bad. I cannot believe they didn't test drive the vehicle. Basically, this was a bait and switch. I was total manipulated and played like a fool. BEWARE More

Your service here is excellent -- I wouldn't be travelling all the miles I do to have it serviced here if it were otherwise. Friendly service, efficient service, fair rates.
