They pointed out that my vehicle had a dirty engine air filter and a dirty cabin air filter, but didn't try to churn me for the extra profit. I respect that from a dealership. Definitely was taken advantage of. They claimed to have no record of oil changes or previous maintenance even though I have taken that car to them in the past. They also blamed me for They claimed to have no record of oil changes or previous maintenance even though I have taken that car to them in the past. They also blamed me for not performing preventative maintenance event though I kept all documentation showing I have. Charged me $350 for a repair that didn't even fix the problem and they forgot to call me saying it was ready to be picked up. I go to pick it up and I had to walk around the service area clicking my key to find it as it was parked in a back lot. Then I brought it back and now they want an additional $4,500 for repairs that "might" fix it. They even charged me for the re-inspection. Every additional question I asked brought different explanations on what could be wrong. Changes will need to be made before I ever consider bringing a car to them again. More
