Never Intended to Buy a New Jeep, then I did I only stopped by the showroom while my existing Jeep was in for Service. I ended up striking up a conversation with Guy Junk about stuff in general. No sales pitch, no can I show you anything....just a conversation. Our conversation obviously ended up turning to new Jeeps and the differences between the new model and my 2016. Again no pressure sales pitch. Just, if you ever want to take a look in the future let me know. Then my curiosity kicked in about the automatic retractable roof and before I knew it I was asking Guy to look for something with the features I wanted. Guy Junk is a great salesman and was also able to keep me calm (again with general conversation) when I had a "mis-understanding" with Pete in management. Great job Guy!!! I did not see Shawn Dooley's name to recognize...normally it takes a great amount of time to get through the paperwork of a new vehicle purchase....Shawn was thorough, friendly and fast. He made sure I understood everything and moved along the process very efficiently. Great job Shawn for getting me home in time for dinner....Joe P Clayton Duckworth (I believe it was him that helped me) could not find the 2019 with the features I wanted and went above and beyond to do what it takes to get me the Jeep I wanted. We ended up ordering a 2020 model instead, and how he went about convincing me it was the right decision was appreciated (facts-details-price). Thanks for working with me. I usually do not end up thanking the seller when I spend >$60K for a vehicle :-)....that is how nice of an experience it was....no pressure....no surprises (except for Pete)...just help when needed. Circus I am 72 years old. My family and I negotiated pricing on a used Subaru. The dealership wouldn't hold the car until I could arrange a ride to the dea I am 72 years old. My family and I negotiated pricing on a used Subaru. The dealership wouldn't hold the car until I could arrange a ride to the dealership a couple of days later unless I gave them a non-refundable deposit. I told them I was unwilling to provide them with my credit card number. I contacted Benjamin the day of to confirm my arrival between 6:30-7:00. He told me the car was still available, but could still be sold before I got there. I shared that I would like to get in and out of the dealership as soon as possible as I didn't like to drive at night. I also told him to make sure the dealership didn't attempt to sell me any extras as I wasn't interested nor able to afford anything additional. We arrived early at 6:15. Waited until nearly 7:00 for the vehicle to be brought around for a look and test drive. Took a 10 minute test drive and then waited again. Car had 10+ door dings that I will get repaired at some point. The arm console is loose and won't tighten. The vehicle was on fumes so I had to insist on filling the tank. We then waited while many salespersons stood around as well as two finance guys watched the paint dry. Still we sat. Eventually, a finance guy said he was ready and of course wasted everyone's time by trying to sell the overpriced extras. Nearly two and a half hours later the tank was finally filled and the car was taken through a car wash. We then realized as we left that we only had one set of keys. I contacted Ben and he immediately stated they only had the one set. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle. They are a dealership and could have easily provided a second key. More

Great Experience Elijah was great to work with! I came in to test drive a 2019 Jeep. It wasn't a good fit for me, so he brought out another. That one wasn't a good Elijah was great to work with! Elijah really listened to my concerns with each vehicle! I now have an awesome 2019 Dodge Challenger and I couldn't be happier! More
