We are located 3hrs from Conroe and Matt made our transaction smooth and straightforward. He responded promptly to messages and sent photos since the listing didn't have photos attached yet. He also arranged the paperwork in advance so we could get back on the road home quickly after the test drive and purchase. We were very happy with the list price after comparing with many other dealers for this same year, model, and trim package. And there were no games with the price when we advised we would pay cash instead of financing with the dealer. I feel we got a fair deal and were treated fairly. Rating 4 starts instead of 5 because we didn't want the dealer-added Lojack and Red Alert products that increased the price. But overall still felt it was a good price for the car. And the finance manager was polite, but asked us to buy an extended warranty at least 10 times during the final paperwork after we made clear we weren't interested. Those are the only two small criticisms I had. More
