I went in to buy a new vehicle and ended up leaving with what they called a new vehicle with 1400 miles on it and many other small cosmetic issues. My contract I was told for whatever reason had to state t what they called a new vehicle with 1400 miles on it and many other small cosmetic issues. My contract I was told for whatever reason had to state that this car had more than 2000 miles which is shady if you ask me, cause in reality it only had 1400 miles. I went in the weekend before Thanksgiving and it's 12/3/12 and I have another appt. at the dealership tomorrow to try to resolve the issue yet again. I was contacted today and assured that someone with the ability to fix this would give me a call. That didn't happen. The back of the driver seat is not connected, the vehichle has 4 scratches,one speaker rattles, after it was detailed I found mud in the car and a french frie. Really? Well I will rate them again tomorrow and talk more about tomorrows visit. I would really just like a new, clean and properly functioning car, afterall when it's all said and done I will pay $47,000.00 for this new car. More

This has been the best experience of buying a car. I felt like I was at home and I wasn't pushed to buy a car or truck, but rather I told them what we wanted and they were there to help us along. The people in finance got us handled promptly and they were great. Our sales person was mason Webster and we couldn't of asked for a better person to assist us. He was absolutely amazing. He knew anything and everything there was to know about the vehicle we wanted and how much it was going to be and what kind of things to look for when buying for the first time. And we also had a lot of help from Lauren thorstad in the service department while we had a little bump in the road with our new vehicle. We were handled very professional, yet I still felt like everything was done friendly and because they genuinely cared for us. I wouldn't go to any other dealer because of the team that Wiesner has. We got to meet Mr. Wiesner himself and found it quite awesome that he too drove the truck we had just purchased! Mason found exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I test drove the Enclave a while ago and have been undecided as to which SUV I would purchase. I asked an Enclave owner how she liked her vehicle. She replied that it was the best car she had ever owned and that her next purchase would also be an Enclave. Mason contacted me about the end of year sale and I feel I got a great bargain. Mason and Annette were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was truly a pleasure to work with them. We love our Enclave -- the ride is so quiet and smooth, not at all like most of the SUV's I test drove. Thank you so much for all of your efforts. More
I knew what car I wanted, but wasn't sure about the options I wanted. Greg sent me the details of three cars so I could check them out without visiting the dealership. I changed my criteria and Greg sent me two more detail sheets. I changed my criteria again and Greg sent me detail sheets for five more cars that fit my criteria. He responded promptly and never complained while I decided exactly what I wanted. Once I selected the car I wanted, I knew what the best price was for it. Greg gave me that price without haggling or complaining. I agreed to buy the car without ever stepping foot in the dealership. In fact, most of the transaction was done over emails. I made an appointment to pick up the car. The car was clean and ready to go and the paperwork was already prepared. Annette, an extremely competent, efficient and friendly employee with 24 years of service at Wiesner walked me through signing the documents. Greg introduced me to the General Manager and familiarized me with the car. I was on my way in no time at all. There were no surprises on the invoice. Everyone appreciated my business and treated me like a customer should be treated. And, I know I got a very good price. I highly recommend Greg Petty and Wiesner GMC Buick. More
