Salesman Karl Rodriguez was pleasant and answered all our questions. There was no "hard sell" placed on us, nor an attempt to upsell us. There was a bit of a scrape on the rear quarter panel which he said he'd apply some touch up paint to - which he did. When we went back to pick up the car, Karl had gotten us some winter floor mats that appeared new - so that was a nice surprise at no extra charge.
