I went in to look at the X6,get a brochure and I had a few questions. I looked @ the car for about 10 min. than went to the other side of the showroom to ask for the book and some help. I had to ask for help (no one offered) and was told "I'll get you someone". Another 2 min. a saleswoman comes to help me, I asked her a few questions some she could answer but the main question I asked she didn't know. "Where is the hook for the carseat" I asked, "I don't know I'll ask the F&I manager he drives one and he has kids". Good answer, I was fine with that. But than he steps out of his office and says BMW has the anchor in the seat, and went back in his office. (1) If you have a carseat with a strap that goes over the seat it hooks to the back. (2) If I drive to BMW I know I'm not at the Ford dealership. So now I drive an ACURA ZDX and I love it! More

After looking for the exact car that my son wanted, we finally found one at Wide World BMW. For a change I had to go to a dealership that neither I nor any of my friends knew any of the sales people and I finally found one at Wide World BMW. The sales person was excellent. They did not pressure me into buy anything however they were willing to negotiate the deal with no hassels. I have owned two BMW's, and have deal with both DiFeo BMW in Tenafly (now known as BMW of Tenafly) and Wide World of Cars, and I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience with a service depa in Tenafly (now known as BMW of Tenafly) and Wide World of Cars, and I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience with a service department as I have had with Wide World of Cars. Their service department is outstanding. After my first few experiences with DiFeo/BMW of Tenafly, I almost thought I would never purchase another BMW again. Fortunately, after several horrible experiences, I started to bring my cars to Wide World of Cars and now would never buy anything other than a BMW. My family also owns a Volvo XC90, and the experience we have with the Volvo service department pales in comparison to Wide World of Cars service. It is for that reason that when we sell our Volvo XC90, we will buy an X5. Wide World of Cars SERVICE department is truly EXCELLENT! More
