Toby Holtz was immediately available by email, which was helpful during busy work hours, and he went above and beyond to take pictures, wash the car before arriving, and even stayed late to work through the purchase with me. The facilities was stunning, it did away with the typical dealer feel. Cameras were zoomed in on the clean service areas so you could watch while lounging in the waiting area, or drinking their free soft drinks, the sales area was open to always see what was going on during the sale process, and they don't have the awkward financial office where they try to push you into things you don't need or want. The selection of cars is huge, the location is convenient, and the attention to customers without being pushed into a deal you are uncomfortable with was by far the best part. I will, and already have, told my friends and family of this dealer and Toby, and will most certainly be back in the future. More

I have never been to a place where its all smiles everywhere you look. It says a lot about a dealership when you see everyone happy, this is not just the Wickstrom team but the customers as well. I have made several trips in there prior to purchasing a vehicle and I must say Denise greeted me the first time as I was watching t.v. with just a smile and asked if I needed help. Of course at that time I didn't but gave her my number and said I would in about 6 months, normally saying this you get a shrug and a disappointed look. Denise didn't walk away, she stayed there and chatted with me as we talked about family, careers, etc. I instantly knew I would be back. Unexpectedly my vehicle really took a turn for the worst and I found myself at the dealership with the bad news on a Saturday. Denise was patient as the storms were strong and blew everything around. She ran outside several times to pull up different vehicles and we finally figured out the perfect one. Drenched and all she never once looked disappointed with anything. Great Experience Came in for a test drive for an 08 Wrangler. I liked it but wasn't ready to jump on it without some time to think it over. Came back a few days later and after further inspection I realized it wasn't right for me. However, the 2012 Wrangler next to the one I was inspecting caught my eye. We took it for a test drive and ended up purchasing it. Toby provided me with a solid, no pressure deal.
