Horrible service I have been going into Wickstrom Jeep for service, ever since I purchased my vehicle. They were great till now. One day, I was hearing a noise un I have been going into Wickstrom Jeep for service, ever since I purchased my vehicle. They were great till now. One day, I was hearing a noise under my vehicle when braking or turning. I took the vehicle into service, and they found a bent bracket underneath the vehicle. It was very clear that this was bent because of a improper lifting procedure from previous service... the bend was extremely close to the jack point of the vehicle. (Keep in mind, Wickstrom jeep is the only place I took the vehicle for repairs since purchasing the car). I spoke to the service manager, and they refused to take any sort of liability for the damage. Even with proof of service at their faculty, every 4-5k miles. They just kept saying their lift wouldn't damage this vehicle. (How else could this happen if they are the only ones to touch the vehicle ?) I would recommend staying away from this dealership's service department at all costs. They will not accept liability for damages they have done to a vehicle. More

Car Purchase from Wickstrom Chrysler, Dodge Jeep On March 4 2017 I was in the market for 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. After researching the Jeep I determined that the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was the On March 4 2017 I was in the market for 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. After researching the Jeep I determined that the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was the one for me. So I looked at inventory online at various dealers and found what I was looking at Wickstrom Chrysler, Dodge Jeep which was not too far from my house. I met with a salesperson Tony DiPaulo and am glad I got Tony D as a salesperson. Tony D was very helpful in making my final decision, He went over a review of the auto and then went for a “test ride” on the ride he explained in detail the functions of the options. I was very pleased with his explanation. Then Tony D did the same discussion and test drive with wife. Tony was also delivering another car so my wife and I had time to discuss the potential purchase of this vehicle. During our discussion we determined that this was the car for us and my 18 year old son loved it. When it came to financing Tony went over all our options Financing, amount down and leasing. So once we decided on the financing Tony got the car cleaned up and added 1 option while we waited. Yesterday I was given a lot of bad news about the cost in repairs for my car, which I knew was going to be high. I didn't think I was going to be able to trade it in after all the things I was told were wrong with it. My Mercedes-Benz was old and falling apart; I bought it used, but should never have bought it. I have also traded in a lot of vehicles (I love cars) so I was upside down with what I owed and what my car was worth. I was basically driving a vehicle that was an accident waiting to happen. Denise found the exact car I was looking for, with all the bells and whistles, as well as making it in my price range. I was shocked at the trade-in-value they gave me for my other car and was so pleased. At Wickstrom they want to help you get in a new car, used car, and out just out of the car you don't want anymore, whether it has problems or not. I highly recommend Wickstrom Auto Group for your future car purchases. Ask for Denise Ryman in sales, she is so incredibly nice, explains everything great, and works so hard to get you the vehicle you are looking for.
