The new dealership was beautiful inside. My Salesman toured me around the entire dealership explaining all of the services they had available. I explained to CJ that I had already visited several other dealerships and was disappointed with the service and cars that I saw. CJ assured me that I would be very satisfied shopping at Wickstrom and that the other car dealerships could not compete with them. I arrived at Wickstrom and was met by CJ who took me for a tour. He got to know me and which car I would be interested in. Since I had already had a Chrysler 2004 town & country I wanted to stay with this model. CJ was knowledgeable on the the 2013 T&C and I was given a test drive. Long story short I drove home in the new T&C 2013. If not for the way CJ sold me this fine vehicle I would have still been shopping around. I'm a very hard customer to please, and CJ made it easy with no pressure to buy. I did alot of research on the type of vehicle I wanted before I went there. I decided to go there because it's near my house. i picked the first salesman I saw who was Joe Burley. I told him what I was looking for. So he took me outside and showed me several models and let me choose which one I wanted. He then sat down with me to work out a deal that I could afford. I feel so comfortable doing business there that keep going back there and everytime I do the deals get better and better. Keep up the great work! More

Wickstrom was the gold standard and nobody else came close. Great inventory, beautiful dealership, small perks like complimentary beverages, and very relaxed and real service. They have zero "smarm factor" and are sensitive to customer time. Clearly the tone comes from the top - these people are well trained, across the board, to provide great service. Our salesman, Jared Nelson, was fantastic. Though 7 months had passed since we had last looked at the car, when I returned prepared to buy, Jared greeted both my son and I at the door, by name. He remembered why we were looking for a car, what we wanted, all that we had previously discussed - without looking it up on his computer. That was pretty darned impressive. It just got better. Though I still didn't know if I could afford the car, I asked for a bottom line and got one - within MINUTES! I couldn't believe it. Normally, in my past experience, getting the actual price required that I make myself comfortable, bring a book - get settled for hours of irritation, alternated with mysterious periods of lengthy waiting. That in my memory, I couldn't believe that Jared came back within moments and presented a professional written quote, showing all of the available terms in one simple document. It very clearly spelled out the bottom line price, tax, title, license, interest and options for monthly payments - no room for misunderstanding or manipulation. Jared laughed when I pulled out the dog-eared hand-scratched "estimate" given to me by a competitor up the road in response to my same request for a "bottom line". We agreed on the price, and like clockwork we closed on the sale. While I completed the few very streamlined purchase documents, Jared had the car detailed and filled with gas. By the time I left, in well under an hour from the time I asked for the pricing, the electronics were programmed - phone in sync with the hands free, clock set, garage door opener button programmed, and so on. All of my questions were fully and competently answered. I'm really enjoying my new car and telling everyone about this great experience. Even more telling of their service is that I changed my mind and wished to cancel an add-on service I had purchased a couple days after the sale. It was handled graciously, with two acceptable options offered to me to remove the unwanted service from my purchase contract. I think it is very telling how customers are treated when a sale is done and the car delivered, and they got another A from me for managing this with consideration, even though the error had been mine. I was deciding between the Compass and Patriot and was able to test drive both to help in my decision. This is the second purchase we have made with your company, my husband bought a Lincoln MKZ back in 2009. However, as much as I love the car, the company does need to offer a bigger engine than the 2.4 /4 cylinder that it offers. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Tim Calleja at Wickstrom and i want to share my amazing customer service experience. I have had my Dart for a few months with no problems at all. A couple weeks a Wickstrom and i want to share my amazing customer service experience. I have had my Dart for a few months with no problems at all. A couple weeks ago, i was on a road trip up to Green Bay and was about 200 miles from home. While i was driving on the highway, my check engine light came on along with a message to get my transmission serviced. I took my vehicle to a local dealership in Green Bay to get serviced since i was in the area. The dealership there said that they would have to keep the vehicle for a while in order to figure out what was wrong and replace what was necessary - granted everything was covered under warranty so i was not too concerned. I was able to get a rental car to get back home while the dealership there worked on my car. The major problem that i experienced was a little while after i got home, the Green Bay dealership called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. I explained to them that i was 200 miles away and did not have any way of picking up the vehicle. They refused to work with me regarding this and the only solution they offered was for me to have it towed back at my expense of $650. I said absolutely not and then contacted Wickstrom to see if they could help out with this situation since i purchase the vehicle from them. I spoke with Tim and he immediately offered to help out in any way he could. To my surprise, he offered to drive up to Green Bay and get bring my vehicle back for me. This was a perfect solution to my problem and is an example of him and the dealership going above and beyond for customer service. It was unfortunate that a new vehicle had to be serviced in this manner, but Tim and Wickstrom handled the situation very well and were quick to fix the issue. More
