You have a beautiful facility with everything a consumer could ask for. I love the attention to detail with the Saturday morning donuts, to the Starbucks coffee, to the Pepsi machine. One of my favorite things was the lack of a finance office. I think it is great that the finance people come right to the sales desk, in the open, and finish the deal where it started. I might also add that Steve and Moose are great finance guys! As I mentioned, your team of employees are fantastic. They are all very kind, helpful, and sincere. I was helped and asked by several other sales professionals if I needed anything even though I was already being helped. The anything I am referring to was personal things such as a drink. As for Eric Jensen our sales professional, all I can say is WOW!!!! He was absolutely unbelievable. Never an ounce of pressure, guilt, or pushiness. He had an answer to every question asked, very knowledgeable. He listened to everything we had to say and everything we wanted. He didn't try to sell us a vehicle, he helped us figure out and find the 2 vehicles we wanted. Not the vehicles he wanted to sell. That was by far the most perfect, textbook job of giving the customer what they want. He followed up at an appropriate time, never pressured, and helped us through this entire process without being overbearing in any way. The process couldn't have been easier. They had a written purchase offer for me based on the price discussed over the phone, and appraised my old truck for trade-in in short order. I got a great price for the Jeep, a reasonable trade-in offer, and the entire experience was as good as I have ever had at a dealership. 5 star ratings for Jared my salesman, the purchasing/trade-in process, the extremely nice/clean/plush customer waiting area, and Richard Wickstrom who greeted me when I initially showed up at Wickstrom Ford instead of next door at Wickstrom Jeep and called Jared to tell him I was there. On Saturday we stopped in with no intention of buying a car, just wanted to see the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were warmly greeted by Woody Woodworth who educated us on the new line up, had us test drive the Overland and then look at a Summit that he had pulled around. In addition, I had my car appraised for potential trade-in. Overall great first impression of Wickstrom Jeep despite organized chaos in prep for the evening's event. On Monday Woody and I game to agreement after a few exchanges on a deal. On Tuesday I picked up my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Woody came in on his scheduled day off for the delivery! The new dealership was beautiful inside. My Salesman toured me around the entire dealership explaining all of the services they had available. Wickstrom Chrysler was by far the best car Dealership I have been to thanks to CJ Breitengross. I contacted Wickstrom Chrysler and was connected with salesman CJ. CJ assured me that I would be very satisfied shopping at Wickstrom and that the other car dealerships could not compete with them. I arrived at Wickstrom and was met by CJ who took me for a tour. He got to know me and which car I would be interested in. Since I had already had a Chrysler 2004 town & country I wanted to stay with this model. CJ was knowledgeable on the the 2013 T&C and I was given a test drive. Long story short I drove home in the new T&C 2013. If not for the way CJ sold me this fine vehicle I would have still been shopping around. I'm a very hard customer to please, and CJ made it easy with no pressure to buy.
